Shipping Policy

Shipping Coverage
AIROS Medical ships orders only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Cost
All orders are shipped free of charge. No additional shipping or handling fees will be applied.

Carrier
All shipments are fulfilled through UPS. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  

• Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  
  

Delivery Timeframe
Standard delivery times are generally 3–7 business days after the order has been processed, depending on the delivery location.

Restrictions

• Shipments cannot be made to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
  

• Orders must be shipped to a valid street address within the United States.
  
  

Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation email containing a UPS tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
